  Just left this restaurant. The door says it opens at 11am. My phone and my watch said 11:03 am and they were telling me through the window that we had 5 more min. to wait by there clock on the computer I guess. I tried to explain to Ricco, I assume manager? that people who have a limited time on lunch need them to open on time. He proceeded to tell me not to blame him and that its not his fault and that the customer is not always right! WOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  I wish Ricco well as I see him never being more than a day manager/cook for the rest of his life for companies that dont mind having that poor poor level of customer service. I will not be going back which is sad because in my opinion the pizza is very good and the desersts are irresistible!! Too bad I wont spend any more money at that location.

  The employees are all hard workers! The manager even helps out when they're super busy! Team work!!!
