Called a week in advance to order a cake for my son's birthday party. I get there to pick up the day of the party about 2 hours in advance and I am told "oh sorry ma'am we did not make your cake because of copyrights'!!!!!!!! Super frustrated and upset that nobody called to let me know? I had to then go with what they had at the time of course because the party was in two hours!!! Horrible horrible service very inconvenient!!!! Never will I go back!August 21, 2016
