- 1 / 5By Carlos KelleyI only gave it one star because you have to rate it somehow. We arrived at 7:15 tonight and we're told there was an hour wait for a lane. So the kids bought tickets for laser tag and my husband and I played pool. After 30 minutes my kids still had not went in to play l.t. even after asking someone twice. Then I asked for the third time they finally went in.
We still had not gotten our lane by 9 p.m. We had asked several times after waiting for over an hour but only got attitude. We were told our lane was ready at 9:05 but we had to wait in another line of about 30 people just to get shoes. We finally just left!! The lady at the front ( Amy ) was rude and had too much attitude!! Will NEVER go back!! The price to bowl is ridiculous! 40 dollars for 2 people having 2 games. Good luck bringing a family.
UPDATE: Something compelled me to go there once more and rest assured I was disappointed. A FOUR hour wait how unbelievable. A large group of people just left and there was plenty of lanes open. They just lost a customer...October 09, 2016
