  It's great to have an upscale Mexican restaurant in the area. The food was great! This isn't a friendly family oriented dining. They don't have coloring books to occupied the children. They also don't have children cups. Great for a date night! Staff is very friendly but slightly slow in response because their training. They have an AWESOME bar area with TVs and great selections.

  Nice place. Loved the atmosphere and the music. My experience was that of friendly and hospitable. Will add this location to my selection of places to eat in CC.

  I wanted to love it. We were looking forward to coming here. Sat down shortly before 6, was brought chips, waiter spilled salsa in my lap. I was nice, told him no big deal, accidents happen, but then we felt ignored the rest of the night. It was about quarter after before he came back to take our drink order (which we had to ask for a drink menu, since we weren't originally provided one). Finally got water and had our meal order taken about 6:30. Drinks arrived around 6:50 (with manager assistance because apparently the waiter doesn't have sufficient authority to ensure his patrons receive their drinks in a timely manner. To top it off, drinks didn't even come out right. Classic margarita on the rocks with salt, frozen raspberry margarita with sugar became both frozen, both with salt). About another 20 minutes before food arrives. Only reason this restaurant managed 2 stars is the food was decent.
  
  Atmosphere: 3. Great bones, furniture leaves something to be desired.
  Speed: 1... turtle slow, and they don't seem to notice.
  Customer service: 1. If the kitchen is backed up, fine. If the bar is backed up, fine. But if you don't even have water on the table until you've been seated half an hour, you probably have serious problems. And when you foul up by spilling in a customer's lap, you have to bounce back. Something as simple as quickly bringing us drinks would have made that so much better, but instead I sat there with wet pants for 15 minutes before I was even asked what I wanted to drink. The waiter several times told me about the status of my "ticket" instead of the status of my food. Seems trivial, except if you tell me about how my ticket printed in the wrong place it sounds like an excuse for why I don't have anything to drink, rather than simply telling my the bartender is working on my drink now and it will be out shortly.
  Management: 0. If it takes a manager to get drinks, then the management has failed to empower their waitstaff. It drove me crazy that, after I'd been waiting for the drinks so long, the waiter told me that the manager was getting our drinks for us since it was taking so long. The manager involvement should have been invisible to the customer. If the manager is going to step in and get the drinks made quickly, have the manager do so, and the waiter bring the drinks.
  Food: 3. Too slow and probably priced a few bucks too high (which would be acceptable if it was faster).
  
  Bottom line: the experience was poor right out of the gate, and nothing was done to make it better. They fell on their face over and over and over again. No redeeming qualities. Will not be returning.
