- 5 / 5By Nadia Wilson KinselAfter a particularly bad day, I went through the drive-thru and the person on the other end said I'll be with you in a minute. There was only one other car in the drive-thru already at the 2nd window. It was a longer than usual wait when I verbalized an expletive to my husband (about the wait) to which the order-taker, immediately & pleasantly replied, "I'm sorry I'll be with you in a minute." She then came back on immediately and said, "what can I make for you" and was very pleasant while taking the order. When we reached the window I apologize to her for verbalizing the expletive. She was very pleasant and assured me everything was fine. Kudos to the girl taking the order and her management tonight Tuesday January 24th 2017 9:30 p.m.April 16, 2017
