  The customer service at this particular McDonald's leaves a lot to be decided. This review is based on multiple visits to this location and not just one visit. My advice to future customers, be sure to check that you have been given everything you ordered and that any special requests were actually completed, finally check the temperature and freshness of your order. Buyer beware not all McDonald's were created equally.

  I was in the drive thru ready to order and body ever took my oder horrible service I am so calling the 1800 number and complain.

  Blah. Horrible. Waited 15 minutes on coffee after waiting 10 minutes to even be helped or greeted. Wow.then while coffee has been sitting there already made they have time to go plug in a customers phone for them but no time to just prep the single coffee which was the entire order. Not from corpus but seems you do not take customer service serious at all. Got a refund for a coffee and left.

  Very rude woman when we went in drive thru, kept messing up order and had a bad attitude when we corrected her. They were laughing and joking while we waited for our food. There was a homeless man that came to every car waiting in the drive thru asking for money. They took so long that the people behind us left after already ordering. If we hadn't already paid, we would've left.
