  My wife and I went at 2am on the coldest day of the year for ice cream. I forgot I had the McDonald's app. At the last minute in the drive through I remembered and we ordered the buy one get one free breakfast sandwich and ice cream. Our server was Albert Ortiz. He gave a little anecdote about cold Texans. Long story short. Albert is a BadA** MoFo!

  HORRIBLE! Cashier was distracted took part of my order! wasnt paying attention I ordered a 6 piece nugget kids meal 8 doubles no onion 4 fry and 4 sodas for a couple of less fortunate people. Recieved burgers sodas kids meal no nuggets had to reorder fries cause all the staff was focused on the less fortunate that walked in about 2 minutes after I did. Little did the staff know the food was for them. The less fortunate had a couple bucks on them and I stated I had purchased them a meal it would be out shortly. Not one of them bothered or asked a customer for money. They stood patiently there for 20 minutes. Once I recieved the fries and NO 6 PIECE NUGGET FOR MY SON. I handed the bag of food off to the people and 2 seconds later the manager SABRINA SAUCEDA RUDE AS HELL SAYS YOU 3 (less fortunate) HAVE TO LEAVE OR IM CALLING THE COPS MAKING A SCENE THAT WAS UNCALLED FOR. Did not recieve my sons nuggets after that entire wait. Never again will I give service to this mickey ds even after the manager had seen them standing there for 20 minutes and said nothing prior! Pay attention SABRINA SAUCEDA on how you treat your customers wealthy or less fortunate we are all human.
