  Horrible service. Asked for some whip topping on my latte since this place no longer offers mocha's. Such a big deal! I almost had to beg and the lady who made my drink forgot the French Vanilla flavor in my French Vanilla latte! And barely dropped in some whipped topping. Had I not been on my way to work and in a hurry I would have gone back to get it fixed but I'll just never ever go back again. Thanks! I can taste your disdain for your job in my flavorless latte.

  I go to this location because it is the closest in my area.... I unfortunately have been upset at this particular location because the cashier's don't seem to have good manners... I walked in to place an order one day and the guy at the register had told me to wait because he needed to help... I did.. he then allowed another customer to place his order before me... Even though he knew I was waiting to place mine for five minutes... All because he had a question that didn't concern the job he was hired to do. I also often go through the drive through to place my order and this past time two young cashiers were very rude. Though one was nice at first the second one came up and yanked my debit card out of my hand and gave me attitude and left with my card... The second one was following her friend with attitude... If this is "good customer service" I assure you you do not want to go there
