  While the atmosphere can trick you into thinking you're getting quality, authentic asian food, it seems to be sub-par to me. Like a lot of chain restaurants, they need fast and cheap ways to mass produce food for guests. While some chain restaurants do host an array of authentic dishes, you're more likely to find real entrees at a small Mom and Pop place.
  
  I've come during the day and have had mediocre serving staff and late dishes. Not to mention I've had orders fail to be sent to the kitchen. Otherwise, I've had friendly hostesses and helpful bar workers.
