  First off their food and service is exceptional and fast, but that's not the real reason why I'm writing this. The employees are great! I went through the drive through and after I recieved my food I discovered a small kitten trapped in my bumper! I couldn't get him out on my own so I asked for help. Two employees came out and assisted me. They even gave me a box and a small dish of water for the little fella!
  
  The cat has hence been named Bumper. He's fine and is going to Austin to either find a loving owner or be left at a no kill shelter. I may not have been able to pull him out safely without their help. So for helping me saving a poor kittens life, Popeyes on Everhart, you get 5 stars from me!

  Incomplete order, cashier only provided a portion of change, cold sides due to time to add chicken to order, much smaller than normal chicken strips, no receipt provided only order slip. Seems to be typical bad service at this particular location. Can expect similar or worse service on half of visits. Always when same manager is on duty.
