  Paid $118 for my sons birthday cake to find a white hair in it and the top tier was supposed to be marble and they made it chocolate. Thr minute my guest announced they found a hair no one else wanted a piece so go stuck with the majority of it. When i called and complained the old man told me they were too busy to deal with my complaint and told me to call back on Monday. Shame on me for going back a few months back we bought my older son a cake pop and when he bit into it there was mold in it. 2 strikes and I'm not gonna wait for the 3rd. Used to be awesome but not no more.

  I'm not one to typically write reviews for places.. but my gosh, this place was AWFUL.
  My sister and I went in to discuss possible wedding cakes with them. After we finished talking to the associate about a quote, we informed her that we wanted to purchase a cupcake in order to "try" what the chocolate cake would potentially taste like. (You would think they would like you taste the flavor you're wanting-- but regardless). Well after we tell her which one we want, she proceeds to inform us that this particular chocolate cupcake we chose will taste differently from the other chocolate cupcake (larger size). We were literally paying when she told us this, so there wasn't much to do at that point... Then she goes on to say how she doesn't like it (that should be a flag right there if your own staff doesn't like your product).
  So we try the cupcake.... it was HARD, DRY, AND DISGUSTING. I literally had to spit it out... I'm almost positive the one we purchased was a cupcake that comes in those packs at HEB and was just left in their display case for possibly over a week. Absolutely disgusting. WILL NOT BE GETTING MY CAKE HERE. Going to Janets, for sure.
